Meet Our Team
THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR CARE
Providers Who Chose to Be Here — For You
At Lakeside Medical Practice, you won’t find a revolving door of unfamiliar faces. Our team lives and works right here in Western New York — and every one of them chose Chautauqua County deliberately, because they believe this community deserves access to compassionate, innovative care.
We come from different clinical backgrounds, but we share the same belief: that real healing happens when patients are treated as whole people. Every provider here takes the time to listen, ask the questions that matter, and build a plan that’s genuinely tailored to you — not pulled from a template.
Whether you’re here for a routine visit or an advanced treatment like Spravato, ketamine therapy, TMS, or hormone optimization, you’ll be cared for by someone who knows your name and your story.
Dr. Scott Cunningham, DO
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine · Founder
Dr. Scott Cunningham brings more than 25 years of hands-on clinical experience to Lakeside Medical Practice. A graduate of Des Moines University School of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, hecompleted his residency in family medicine through Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine and Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital — then built a career spanning family medicine, emergency medicine, and addiction medicine across Western Pennsylvania, Northeast Ohio, and Chautauqua County.
A significant part of that career was spent as medical director of multiple medication-assisted treatment centers, where Dr. Cunningham saw firsthand how closely addiction, depression, and chronic pain are intertwined — and how limited treatment options can be in rural communities. That experience is a direct line to what Lakeside is doing today.
Dr. Cunningham completed specialized ketamine training through the Ketamine Research Institute and is a member of ASKP3 — the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners. He leads Lakeside’s Spravato and IV ketamine programs with the conviction that Chautauqua County patients deserve access to the same cutting-edge treatments available in larger metropolitan areas.
“I look forward to offering this innovative service to the region, ensuring patients have access to comprehensive and cutting-edge treatment options.”

Olivia Andriaccio, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Olivia Andriaccio is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in women’s health and whole-body, individualized care. Her clinical focus is on identifying the root cause of what’s affecting her patients — whether that’s hormonal shifts during perimenopause, unexplained fatigue, metabolic concerns, or the complex interplay of stress, sleep, and physical health that many women navigate without adequate support.
Olivia takes the time to hear the full story — not just the chief complaint — and builds treatment plans tailored to each patient’s body, life circumstances, and long-term goals. She’s also a strong believer in helping patients understand the ‘why’ behind their symptoms, so they can make informed decisions about their care. Her ongoing education in menopause, hormonal health, and integrative wellness strategies feeds directly into her patient work.

Elizabeth Gattman, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth Gattman is a Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in Chautauqua County — and a career path that was shaped by watching those roots get underserved. Originally from Indiana, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University before relocating to the Chautauqua County area with her family more than 13 years ago. She went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from D’Youville University.
Working on the front lines of family practice and mental health care, Elizabeth saw firsthand how limited resources can be in this region — long wait times, distant providers, a system without enough options. Rather than accept that as fixed, she committed to expanding what mental health access looks like locally. That commitment is exactly why she’s part of the Lakeside team.
Elizabeth’s approach to care is grounded in respect and inclusivity. She is a proud LGBTQIA+ ally who works to create a welcoming, affirming environment for every patient — regardless of identity, background, or history. She believes mental health care should be accessible, respectful, and as individual as the person receiving it.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Why We Practice the Way We Do
Every specialized service we offer — from Spravato and IV ketamine to TMS, BHRT, and our GLP-1 weight loss program — exists for the same reason: because we’ve seen what happens when people are given more than the standard approach.
We’ve watched patients who tried everything finally find relief. We’ve seen people who’d lost hope rediscover what it feels like to want to get out of bed in the morning. And we’ve learned, over and over, that the difference isn’t always the treatment itself — it’s how it’s delivered. With time. With attention. With care that looks at the whole person.
Our mission is simple: get to the root cause, treat the whole person, and help people feel truly well. Not managed. Not ‘stable.’ Well.
That’s the energy you’ll feel when you walk into Lakeside. It’s the energy that sets us apart. And it’s the energy that drives everything we do.
